For over ten years Kopper hosted a radio show called The Wayback Machine on KDHX-FM 88.1, a completely community-supported non-profit radio station in St. Louis, Missouri and he originally set up GaragePunk.com as the online home for this show. The site soon became a meeting place for fans of Garage Rock in general, not just listeners to the show. During the Summer of 2005 the idea of the GaragePunk community producing an entire network of podcasts in the genre was born. Savage Kick began that Summer as one of the flagship shows of the fledgling network.

Still going strong all these years later, Savage Kick brings you the best untamed Garage and Punk Rock on the planet. Listen in for your regular dose of hard-hitting, low down Rock!
